2012 Technology Almanac to be published April 13 | Business
The 2012 Technology Almanac will be published on Friday, April 13.
The almanac will be published in partnership with The Business Review and Center for Economic Growth (CEG).
According to a statement by CEG, the almanac collects information on different organizations profiled on the Technology Roadmap and makes them accessible in a hard-copy form.
Over 12,000 copies of the almanac will be distributed in 2012 to C-level executives and leading decision makers around the world while Tech Valley leaders travel to promote the region.
“In the global economy, being able to find and connect with a company or research institution that has what you want or need is critical,” said said Linda J. Hill, Principal Economic Developer at National Grid in a statement. “Providing a resource such as the Technology Roadmap not only helps companies in Tech Valley connect with each other, it provides a window for the rest of the world to see and access the innovation and intellectual infrastructure the Region has to offer. National Grid is very proud to be a contributor to such a vital resource.”
The almanac is open to any technology organization (R&D) and university or lab in Tech Valley. Companies have found that posting their profiles in the almanac helps in their marketing efforts. Members of CEG who provide services to technology companies receive a free profile.
The deadline to submit a profile is Monday, Feb. 27.
