Informational session reviewing completed environmental project to be Aug. 8 | Environment

The Center for Economic Growth and the New York State Pollution Prevention Institute will hold an informational session Aug. 8 at 1 p.m. at the offices of Sandler Training, Direct Impact Associates, LLC, 13 Columbia Circle in Albany, to review the completion of a Lean, Energy and Environment project.

According to a statement by CEG, the project is for Ducommun AeroStructures, which was collaboratively undertaken by CEG and NYSP2I.

According to the statement, on Aug. 8 representatives from Ducommun AeroStructures will discuss and demonstrate how their manufacturing plant reduced its energy consumption and environmental footprint by adopting LE2’s recommendations and improving profitability and productivity.
