Woman charged with second DWI in as many years

EAST GREENBUSH – East Greenbush Police have arrested a woman and charged her with her second DWI in as many years.
Police say they had received several calls about a reckless driver on Route 4 that was cutting off vehicles.
Police arrested Wagner, 46, of Watervliet after she failed the field sobriety tests and blew a .21%.
Wagner was previously arrested in July of 2011 following a car accident in Watervliet.
Wagner was charged with felony DWI and arraigned and sent to County Jail in lieu of bail.
