Local volunteers travel to Gulf Coast to help with emergency storm needs
Our local Red Cross volunteers are stepping up.
As of today, ten volunteers are deploying to Florida and the Gulf Coast to help communities with any sort of emergency storm needs.
Some of the volunteers began leaving last week, including Alan Hodges of Latham.
He's now stationed in Tampa.
