30 Hour Famine | Schools
TECH VALLEY - Students at Tech Valley High School are currently preparing for the annual 30-hour famine that is taking place beginning this Friday.
The students will spend a night at the school and not eat from Noon on Friday to Noon on Saturday. During this time they will participate in activites that raise awareness about what the hungry of the world go through.
The event is being organised to raise funds for Samina, 7, who lives in Bangladesh.
