TVHS students creating recreation area | Schools

Tech Valley High School students created a recreational area looked to math and the sky for inspiration.

Trigonometry students at TVHS used hand-held tools to determine the height of different objects on the University at Albany East Campus. The calculations are being used to help the students plan an outdoor community recreation area.

"They have been told to create their own devices to measure angles and elevation on the campus," said teacher Matthew Brom.
